This one-hour sound bath is designed to support your nervous system, ease stress held in the body, and create space for emotional release and deep relaxation. As you rest on your mat, the soothing vibrations of sound will guide you into a deep relaxed state where your body can soften, your breath can slow, and your mind can finally switch off.
You don’t need to do anything — simply arrive, lie down, and relax.
This session is for you if you:
• Feel overwhelmed, anxious, or constantly “on the go”
• Are navigating emotional or mental fatigue
• Struggle to fully relax or switch off
• Long for a moment of calm and relaxation
Spaces are limited to ensure a quiet, intimate atmosphere so booking is essential
What to expect:
• A 60-minute sound healing journey
• A cosy space to rest
• A brief grounding breath practice to begin
• Herbal tea served at the end to ease you back into the rest of your evening
What to wear: Please wear loose, warm, comfortable clothing. Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or cushion so you can be truly comfortable.
Location notes: The session is held in a small, cosy wooden cabin, and parking close to the venue is limited. We kindly ask that you carpool where possible.
