A Sound Bath by Candlelight

Join me for a peaceful evening of sound, to pause, rest, and reset in the warmth of candlelight, in a little hidden gem set within a beautiful countryside location.
This candlelit sound bath is a deeply nurturing experience created for women — especially mums — who feel stretched, overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves.
Through the gentle use of sound and vibration, your nervous system is invited into a state of safety and rest. As you lie down comfortably, the body begins to soften, the breath slows, and the mind gradually quietens. Many people describe this as a feeling of being “held” — a rare moment where you can simply be, without expectations.
This evening is for you if you:
• Carry emotional or mental load daily
• Feel tired, overstimulated, or burnt out
• Long for stillness and space just for yourself
• Want gentle support for stress, anxiety, or nervous system regulation
What to bring:
• Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
• Blanket and pillow for warmth and support
• Water bottle
• Optional: eye mask, cosy socks, or anything that helps you feel safe and relaxed
As the session is held in a small, cosy wooden venue, parking nearby is limited. If you’re able to share a lift, we would be so grateful
